License

We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the beta profile to edit photos. The license covers this beta version, which a later version may replace.

You may:

• install it on every computer and device you personally use, including through Adobe’s or another provider’s cloud sync;
• use it on any number of photos, for personal or commercial work, including client work;

Any other use requires our written permission.

You may not:

• share, sell, sublicense or otherwise distribute the profile files, free or paid, on their own or in a bundle, including modified versions;
• place them in shared drives, team libraries, public repositories or anywhere else other people can access them;
• use the profiles or the data inside them, directly or as a reference, to develop or improve other profiles, presets, software or AI models, whether for internal use or for distribution;
• remove or alter the names or notices included in the profile files.

Each license covers one person. If several people at a studio or company want to use the beta, each one needs to sign up.

We keep all rights in the profiles. These terms apply to every copy, however obtained.
